Problem
1. Motor fails with Watt-Knot on
system.
2. Motor overloads protector; fuses
or circuit breakers will not hold.
Not responsible for damage due to transient voltage surges.
Standard ITT Residential & Commercial product warranty applies to Watt-Knot.

NOTE: POWER COMPANY CONNECTIONS AT
TRANSFORMERS MUST BE KNOWN PRIOR
TO CONNECTING THREE PHASE RED JACKET
WATER PRODUCTS WATT-KNOTS.
Cause
Watt-Knot improperly grounded.
Motor failure unrelated to lightning
or high voltage surge.
Watt-Knot connected improperly.
Watt-Knot damaged by lightning or
extreme current surge.

Solution
Refer to grounding instructions.
Replace motor.
Refer to installation instructions.
Check all connections.
Replace Watt-Knot
