Before beginning disassembly operations, disconnect power to the machine and ensure that the pump body
and sleeves do not contain any product traces;
Required equipment: 1 hammer,1 wooden mallet, 2 17-spanners, 1 screwdriver and Seeger ring pliers.
2) Rotate clock-wise and counter-clockwise slightly to ease out the
cover. Use the wooden mallet to make this operation easier if
necessary. (fig.2)
4) With the Seeger ring pliers, remove the ring and spacer, then
extract the rotor
Remove the seal rotary part from the plate (fig.4)

1) Undo the 3 screws completely and remove the triangular stop
(fig.1)

3) Separate the rotor from the shaft with the help of the screwdriver
and hammer (fig.3)
