When the dialer is switched "ON" (active) :
• A silent alarm is sent
• No output via the speaker 
• no visual signal (no LED)
All telephone numbers in memory locations 1-8 are
retrieved in sequence and dialed.
The dialer waits for a connection to be made:
• if a voice signal is recognized the text is played,
or if no voice signal is recognized the dialer
recognizes that a connection has been made by
the absence of the ringing tone.
• Each message is repeated 4 times.
• The dialer calls all memory locations.
• If a line is engaged the dialer switches to the
next telephone number.
• The dialer switchers to the next telephone num
ber if the call is not answered.
• All calls are terminated after all memory locati
ons have been processed.
