Safety instructions
Read and then follow the safety instructions.
Keep the safety instructions for subsequent use
and for any other owners of the machine.
Follow the safety instructions and precautions on
the machine.
Several models are described in this operating
manual. Note model numbers!
General safety instructions
Children and young people under 16 years of
age as well as persons under the influence of
alcohol, drugs or medication must not use the
machine.
Local regulations may specify the minimum age
of the user.
Observe the accident prevention regulations.

Safety precautions
Always wear safety shoes, protective gloves and
a dust mask. There is a risk of breathing in
fumes and dust
Risk of injury when drum is swivelling.
Keep hands and feet away from rotating parts.
Do not put any things like shovel, pick or similar
objects into the rotating drum.
Keep your hands out of the rotating drum.
The concrete mixer may be operated with origi-
nal spare parts only.
The concrete mixer may be repaired by author-
ised specialist companies only.
The concrete mixer must only be put into opera-
tion after complete assembly and must only be
switched on if the concrete mixer and the con-
nection cable are not damaged.
Do not leave the operational concrete mixer
unsupervised.
Safety devices
Motor protection switch
If the concrete mixer is overloaded, the motor
protection switch switches the motor off. The
motor protection switch must not be discon-
nected.
If the motor protection switch has switched off
the concrete mixer, proceed as follows:

Disconnect the concrete mixer from the power
supply.
Eliminate the cause of the overload.
Leave the concrete mixer to cool down for
2–3 minutes, reconnect the power and switch on
the concrete mixer.
Connection cable
Use only a rubber-insulated connection cable of
HO7RN-F quality with a cable cross-section of
3 x 1.5 mm².
The maximum permitted cable length is 50 m.
Connection cable, plug and socket must be
splash-proof.
The connection cable, plug and coupling socket
may be repaired by authorised specialist compa-
nies only. A defective connection cable (e.g.
insulation cracked, cut, crushed or kinked) must
not be used.
Keep plug and socket connections dry.

Do not damage or sever the connection
cable
If the connection cable is damaged, proceed as
follows:
1. Disconnect the cable from the power supply.

Rotating direction of the drum:
counter clockwise.
The rotating direction has to be
checked every time the machine is
plugged into the socket.
