11 Limited Warranty
As a condition to any warranty service obligation, the consumer must present the Warranty Certificate along with a
copy of the original purchase invoice.
The manufacturer provides a contractual warranty on the refrigerator for two (2) years.
This contractual warranty starts on the date of purchase.
The benefits of these contractual warranties depend on how well the refrigerator is maintained through our certified
dealer network.
Your certified dealer or sales agency should be your preferred contact during the warranty period because of the
product's technical features. In this way, you will benefit during the warranty period from the installations, tools,
qualified personnel and experience of the refrigerator manufacturer and the technical directives received regularly by
the manufacturer. You will also have access to spare parts from the manufacturer.
In addition to this warranty, you may also benefit, in the country where the sale was made, from a warranty of
material compliance with the contract and a warranty against latent or hidden defects.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1) Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the absorption refrigerator while in the possession of a consumer not
caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
2) Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, or failure to follow the care and special handling
provisions in the instructions.
3) Damage to the finish of the case, or other appearance parts caused by wear
4) Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the absorption refrigerator by anyone other than those
authorized by the manufacturer.
5) Freight and Insurance cost for the warranty service.
6) Labor and/or part cost for refrigerator removal and reinstallation into the recreational vehicle.
7) Refrigerator content (food, beverage and/or all product stored in the fridge at the time of the trouble)
Expenses that you might have had to pay for when applying this contractual warranty (transport of your recreational
vehicle / refrigerator to a workshop / possible expenses related to vehicle immobilization, such as hotel costs,
lodging, meals, etc.) must be paid for personally.
All warranty claims must be claimed within the duration of that warranty, claims outside the duration will be invalid.
THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
