SOLUTION
Check if batteries are not discharged. Make sure the
batteries are positioned correctly. Replace old batteries with
new alkaline AAA batteries (4 pcs)

or belt, there is a risk of getting a smaller communication
range. Change the radio position. Open areas provide the
maximum range of action, while concrete structures or
areas with thick foliage or usage in buildings or vehicles
greatly limit the transmission and reception distance. If the
low battery indicator is displayed on the screen, replace the
batteries.
The two radio are too far away from each other. Obstacles
interfere with transmission. The optimum distance for
communication is between 3 to 5 km in obstacle-free areas.
The two radio are too close. The recommended minimum
distance is 1.5 m. Increase the distance between the
devices. If you transmit, use a normal tone of voice and hold
the microphone at a distance of 5 to 7 cm from the mouth. If
you receive, reduce the volume to a comfortable level.
