1minute until any residual
liquid evaporates.
9. Grind-in the teeth based
on the vertical dimension
available. Then, set the teeth
onto the baseplate using
Eclipse Set-Up Resin. If
more than 1.5 mm of tooth
structure is removed from the
ridgelap of any tooth after
bonding agent application,
the bonding agent should be
reapplied. Contour as usual.
Note: Any film remaining on
the tooth surface from the
bonding agent should be
removed with a carver.
10. Process the Eclipse
Prosthetic Resin according to
the Directions for Use.
Step-by-Step Instructions for
Tooth Adjustments
1.
If teeth must be repositioned
in the lab after the try-in visit,
this is best accomplished by
keeping the uncured denture
cool and breaking the teeth
away from the uncured resin.
Refrigerating the denture for
a short time will make this
easier. Also, using a sharp
instrument, such as a knife,
will promote clean extraction
of the tooth.
2. After removal, a tooth can
then be reset with a melt
interface of the denture
resins using a small amount
of additional Eclipse Set-Up
and Contour Resin.
3. Check uncured denture for
tight tooth-to-base margins.
4. Remove model from
articulated mounting,
preheat the denture and
cure the denture in an Eclipse
Processing Unit according
to Eclipse Prosthetic Resin
Directions for Use.
