Solution
Clean the Water Tank and
Ceramic Disc
On the scent hub, press the
Bluetooth® Button for 2 seconds,
until you hear a rising tone
Refill the Water Tank
Disconnect the device from the
mains adaptor and carefully pour
out water until the level is at or
below the Max Fill Level
Clean the Water Tank and
Ceramic Disc
Ensure the Top Cover is correctly
placed on top of the base unit
Disconnect your scent hub from
the mains adaptor. Carefully check
the air inlet, cleaning if necessary
to remove any obstruction. You
may need to empty the Water Tank
before you do this
Ensure the Top Cover is correctly
placed on top of the base unit
