Wind the paper carrier strip around the bottom

spool so that it
– extends over the two retaining clip guide slots 9
– its right edge is up against the guide slot 10 of
angular spool.
Slide retaining clip 4 into the guide slots on the
t
bottom spool.
Keep turning the bottom spool clockwise until the
t
paper carrier strip is under slight pressure.
Remove retaining clip 11 from the top spool 12.
