Comfortimer version
This version differs from the version with timer in-
asmuch that when the overrun period starts, the
fan automatically decreases its speed, offering
the best acoustic comfort and energy saving.
MHT version with humidistat and timer
This version is equipped with timer and humidi-
stat. See the preceding point for the functioning
of the timer.
�o adjust the humidistat, regulate the adjust-
ment trimmer (screw) illustrated in the figure to
increase or decrease the humidity threshold that
makes the appliance intervene automatically. �he
humidity sensor is adjustable from 40% to 90% of
Relative Humidity.
It is possible to control the appliance from a
remote switch if it is connected as indicated
in figure 9/2.
IMPORTANT: it is not possible to switch off

the appliance by the remote switch if the level
of environmental humidity is more than the
set threshold
.
MHY version with SMART humidistat
This version differs from the MHT version inas-
much that the rotational speed of the motor/fan
varies in relationship to the environmental humid-
ity.
The greater the humidity the greater the rotational
speed and vice versa.
�o adjust the humidistat, regulate the adjustment
trimmer (screw) illustrated in the figure to deter-
mine the minimum threshold of humidity at which
the appliance intervenes automatically (at the
minimum speed).
�he MHY SMAR� model is equipped with a fixed
timer.
