Remote control

• Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on the soundbar and on your
device.
• Unpair any other previously paired device and perform again the
pairing procedure.
• Make sure there are no obstructions between the Soundbar and the
device or has not exceeded the recommended distance (10 m).
• Some devices may require the PIN number, if is applicable, enter
0000 for pairing.
• Make sure the 3.5mm / Toslink cable is well connected to your
device and in the sound bar.
• Choose a different audio file. Probably the selected file is of low
quality.
• Make sure that the remote control is found less than 5 meters from
the soundbar.
• Replace the battery with a new one ensuring that the poles match
correctly.
