7. Working life

7.5 Connecting controllers/hand switches

You can connect the following controllers to the lifting column:
•
RK transformer controller
•
RKMultiControl mono
•
RKMultiControl duo
•
RKMultiControl quadro
The lifting column is connected with the external controller. The controller is not included with
the lifting column.

7.6 Using the external control unit

Either a RK transformer controller, RKMultiControl mono or a RKMultiControl duo/quadro con-
troller can be connected to the lifting column(s). The hand switch is not connected with the lifting
column but with the controller.
To use the controller and the hand switch, read the corresponding installation instructions for the
RK transformer controller, RKMultiControl mono or the RKMultiControl duo/quadro.
Only use the controllers listed in these instructions.
Otherwise, you may damage the lifting column or the controllers.
Ensure that nobody is in the vicinity of the drive when the lifting column is moving.
Therefore, only use the hand switch if you can see the lifting columns - danger - risk
of accident!
