Warranty Certificate

KOOLCLIMA - SYSTEMAIR S.L.U.
Warranties this product
against any manufacturing default or defective materials
for a 3 years period
to be counted from the delivery date.
During this time, replacement of defective materials or the product itself will be made free
of charge,
and only the handwork needed for the replacement will be invoiced.
Replacement or repairing in the factory will be decide by
KOOLCLIMA SYSTEMAIR S.L.U.
for each case.
The warranty does not cover the cost incurred by the technicien travelling to site,
KOOLCLIMA SYSTEMAIR S.L.U.
could decide whether to make the visit, or either to give the indemnities that we
understand to be correct.
In case of wrong use of the product, manipulations or modifications not authorised,
unpayment of this or other invoices, claims made by persons other than the direct buyer, the
no compliace with any of the rules applying (health and security, energy saving, etc),
destination to performances different to the agreed ones, and any other uncompliance of the
legal rules and reglamentations applying, KOOLCLIMA SYSTEMAIR S.L.U.will not accept
any responsability and the present warranty will not apply.
In case of defective components not manufactured by us (electric motors, etc), KOOLCLIMA
SYSTEMAIR S.L.U will transfer to the buyer the same warranty received from the
component manufacturer
