Rest your arm on the table with

palm facing upward so that your
wrist is at heart level and you can
see the display perfectly. If neces-
sary use the carry case to rest your
wrist on (Fig.3).

Hold your wrist at the same level

with your heart as show on (Fig 4).
If your arm is too low, your reading
will be too high. If your arm is too
high, your reading will be too low.
USING THE TE7801 MODEL (ARM):
Unroll the armband and flexible
•
tube completely.
Connect the flexible tube to the
•
flexible tube connector
Insert the end of the armband
•
through the metal hasp leaving the
Velcro facing outward.
Uncover the left arm and insert the
•
arm inside the armband so that the
outlet for the flexible tube is aligned
with the centre of the arm, using
the middle finger as a reference
(Fig. 2).
Place your arm on the table with
•
your palm facing upward.
Fit the armband to the top of the
•
arm, leaving a distance of approx-
imately 2-3 cm between the arm-
band and the elbow.
Smooth out the armband to ensure
•
there is no air between the arm and
the band, and adjust it using the
Velcro fastener.
Measurements must always be
•
taken on a bare arm or in rolled
sleeves but without exerting any
pressure on the arm.
Take the measurement on the
•
same arm. Take the measurement
on the left arm, only using the right
arm when it is not possible to use
the left.
When taking the measurement
•
seated, relax your arm on a table
and keep the armband at heart
level with palm facing up (Fig. 3),
