Prior to initial use
For a start, please clean the appliance as well as all accessories. For more

The blades are very sharp. Wash with care.
Never touch the blade with your finger.
How to operate your appliance
1.
Take the motor unit and chopping lid away from the container (glass bowl)
and put the container onto a stable, dry and clean working surface.
2.
Make sure the knife inserted is correctly positioned on the circle in the
centre of the container (glass bowl).
3.
Attach the chopping lid onto the container. (The appliance cannot be
switched on if the lid is attached incorrectly).
4.
Put the motor unit onto the chopping lid and plug the mains plug into a
socket.
5.
The appliance starts whenever pressure is applied on the motor cover
(switch button) and stops as soon as the pressure is released (your hand
is away). Wait until the blades stop rotating completely.
6.
Before removing the motor unit, always disconnect the appliance from
power supply plug.
7.
Before emptying the container, remove the blade inserted carefully firstly.
Function Instruction
A: Minced garlic:
Remove the skin of garlic, packing 200g garlic in the glass bowl.
Cover the transparent lid, working for 20 seconds
B: Minced pork:
