USING THE BLENDER
1.
Place the ingredients inside a container or mixing bowl.
2.
Plug the blender into a power supply.
3.
Set the desired speed by sliding the speed selector left and right. The first setting to the
left is the "0" position, and speed is increased as it is moved to the right.
a. Increase speed as the mixture thickens.
b. Increase speed if the appliance starts to slow down.
4.
Press the turbo button to operate the device at maximum speed. The motor will operate
as long as the button is held in position.
5.
When the mixture has reached the desired texture and consistency, set the speed selec-
tor at "0" again and raise the blender carefully.
6.
To remove the tools, make sure the speed switch is in the off "0" position and unplug the
mixer. Hold from the tool shafts and press the accessory release button.
RECOMMENDATIONS
•
When creaming for cake mixtures, use butter or margarine at room temperature before use.
•
Large and thick mixtures may require longer mixing time.
