Place a container for used oil under the machine (in the opening in the floor). Then unscrew the screw
above the opening (3). Once the oil has been discharged, tighten screw (3) and put new oil into the pump
using inlet (1), make sure that the oil level is always between ½ and ¾ of the container (2) capacity! Too
high or too low oil level might have a detrimental effect on pump lifetime (oil is already in the device, its
level needs to be checked). Replace the oil every 500 vacuum packing machine working hours. L-DAA 100
compressor oil is recommended.

Unscrew the four screws on the grate:
Gently remove the pump filter:
To insert a filter, proceed in reverse order: insert the filter with the correct end facing the pump, attach
filter cover using the 4 screws and then screw grille to the vacuum packing machine housing.

at least once a year, if the vacuum packing machine performance
decreases, check filter and replace if necessary.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Shaking, crashing and turning upside down of the device should be prevented when transporting it. Store it
in a properly ventilated location with dry air and without any corrosive gas.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the device from the electricity when cleaning it.
Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean surface.
After cleaning the device, all parts should dry well before the device is used again
Store the unit in a dry, cool location, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
Clean vacuum packing machine regularly. Remove all stains from the vacuum packing machine chamber
after use. All vacuum packing machine maintenance and inspection works should be carried out by
a trained and qualified member of staff. A person without the required experience and knowledge
should not attempt to complete these tasks.
CHECK REGULARLY THE DEVICE
Check regularly whether the device presents any damages. If it should be damaged, please stop using it
immediately and contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).
If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the matter. The more detailed your information, the better
customer service will be able to solve your problem rapidly and efficiently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead to
a loss of warranty!
