PLANETARY GEARBOX OIL

Capacity: 4.5 Liters.
Recommended oil:
AGIP BLASIA 220
MOBIL GEAR 630
ESSO SPARTAN EP 220
SHELL MACOMA R 220
TOTAL CARTER EP 220

Checking the oil level::

Check the oil level every 50 hours of work or
weekly, and fill it up whenever necessary.
Loosen the level plug (A) and observe: if the oil
leaks, the level is appropriate; if it doesn't, the
level is low. In this case, remove the breather
plug (B) and fill it up with oil until you reach
level (A).
Drainage:
The first drainage and oil change should be
done after 250 hours of work. Then, repeat
the procedure every 2.500 hours of work or
annually.
The drainage must be performed by removing
the breather plug (B) and the plug (C). After the
complete drainage, replace the plug (C).
