2 Assembly of the extension module
1. Depressurise the installation. Drain the water from the existing distribution manifold
and collect it. The system can thus be refilled with water after the assembly.
2. Dismount the insulation of the existing modular distribution manifold.
3. Dismount the lateral cover made of plastic of the existing distribution manifold.
4. Insert a sealing ring in the groove between the extension module and the manifold.
5. Make sure that the flow chamber of the extension module is connected to the flow
chamber of the existing distribution manifold. Observe the marks on the module and the
manifold. Connect the extension module to the manifold by means of the four screws.
6. Insert the second sealing ring in the groove between the extension module and the
dismounted cover. Mount the lateral cover. Please observe the orientation of the
lateral cover (centre bar).
7. Connect the extension module to the heating installation. The heating circuit must
be connected as the already existing heating circuits (f.ex. with flow on the right).

8. Cut through the centre of the existing insulation of the distribution manifold at the
cutting edge by using a hacksaw.
9. Carry out a pressure test and the commissioning of the installation.
10. Mount the insulation element of the extension module afterwards in
the centre between the insulation cut in two of the distribution manifold.
