Ensure that any plastic wrappings are disposed of safely and kept out of the reach of children.

Disposal of the equipment: Electric and electronic griddle plates often contain materials which, if
handled or disposed of incorrectly, are potentially hazardous to human health and the
environment. Please do not dispose of any component of the equipment with household waste.
Dispose of it at your local community waste collection/ recycling center, or contact your dealer for
advice.
2. Description
2.1.
Technical characteristics
The main technical characteristics are fixed on the type plate that is located on the front panel of
the griddle plate.

3. Installation and basic adjustments
3.1.
Usage location
The usage location must be well ventilated! Place the stove under an extraction hood with the
minimum capacity of 1.500 m
Place the equipment on an even and leveled surface.
The supporting surface and the surrounding area must be made of non-inflammable, heat resistant
material. Keep the equipment away from inflammable or heat sensitive material.
Leave a free space of at least 150 mm all around the equipment (between other appliances or the
wall)
3.2.
Unpacking
1. Before using the equipment for the first time, remove all packing material. Remove the plastic foil
from the plate.
2. Dispose safely of the plastic wrapping as they are potentially dangerous.
3. Make sure the equipment is complete and intact.
4. Clean the plate with a soft humid cloth and some mild detergent. Remove well the detergent and
dry the plate.
5. Impregnate the plate with a mix of olive oil and vinegar.
6. Clean the equipment's exterior with a soft cloth.
