1. Install the Cover handle(16) and lid hanger bracket(17) to the Cover(1) using two screws(15).
2. Install two bowl handles (19) to the fire bowl (4) using screws (20).
3. Insert leg holder(5) on the short legs(6) & long legs(7),and attach them to fire bowl(4) one by
one using the longest screws(18) .
NOTE:ONE HANDLE SHOULD BE LOCATED BETWEEN THE TWO LONG LEGS AND
THE OTHER HANDLE SHOULD BE LOCATED BETWEEN THE TWO SHORT LEGS.
4. Insert the wire shelf(9) into the leg ends. And then install the wheels (11) to the short legs(6)
with wheel nut(13) and washer(10)&(12).
5. Attach the air vent(21) to the lid and the ash vent(22) to the fire bowl fasten with screws(23).
6. Insert the plastic caps(14) onto the long leg's ends.
7. Place charcoal grid(3) and cooking grid(2) onto the bottom of the fire bowl(4).
8. Turn the unit up right Tighten each screw to secure each leg to bottom unit.
1.This BBQ is intended for OUTDOOR USE ONLY . Do not attempt to use this grill in
enclosed areas.
2.Place your BBQ outside on a firm, Level surface away from wooden fences .
Overhanging trees, or other flammable objects before using the BBQ.
3.Do not use gasoline in grill. Use only the suitable charcoal complying to EN-1860-
3 when grilling. Please do not load the charcoal more than 75% volume of the fire
bowl
4.The BBQ shall be heated up and the fuel kept red hot for at least 30 min prior to
the first cooking on the BBQ. Please do not cook before the fuel has a coating of
ash.
5.Keep children and pets away from the BBQ when grilling.
6.After the charcoal is lit, the grill become very hot. Use proper outdoor cooking
gloves , utensil and avoid skin contact with all metal surfaces on the grill.
