SAFETY INSTRUCTION
- When you stop the motor, first unplug the appliance before removing the blades and before each
cleaning operation.
- Do not leave the knife in reach of children.
- Make certain the voltage shown on the appliance corresponds to the voltage of your mains power
supply.
Any error in connecting the appliance will negate the warranty.
- If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, their after-sales service or a
person with similar qualification to avoid any hazards.
- Make certain to keep the power supply cord away from the blades when using the knife.
- Do not place or use this appliance on a hot-plate or close to a flame (gas cooker).
- Disconnect the appliance after each use .
- This appliance complies with technical regulations and standards in force.
- Only use this product on a stable work surface protected against water being splashed.
- Maximum operating time:15 min.– stop:1 h.
- The appliance must be unplugged if there is a fault during operation,
- Never unplug the appliance by pulling on the cord.
- Only use an extension cord if you have already checked that it is in good working order and is suitably rated.
- A household appliance must not be used:
- If it has been dropped,
- If the knife is damaged or incomplete .
For such cases and for all other repairs, it is essential to contact an authorised service centre.

USE
1 First make sure the appliance is unplugged and make certain the blades are in their protection cover (cutting
edge downwards), then introduce them gently into the motor unit and push the protections until it locks (audible
click) (fig.2).
Next, carefully remove the blade protection cover.
Caution: the blades are extremely sharp. Always be careful when handling them.
2 Plug in the appliance. Start by pressing the on/off switch.
Place the blades on the food to be cut and press. Start to cut frimly from the crust or rind going down into the
food. The blades should remain parallel to the surface of the cut. Never try to cut
bones.
3 To remove the blades, unplug the appliance, then press the blade ejection button while pinching the protections
and pull to remove them from the motor unit.
