BRAVO TD III Laboratory Motor
Bravo TD III is used for minor polishing and grinding works with hand- and/or angle-pieces in the prac-
tice and laboratory field and is intended for extraoral use only.
Initiation
Please make sure that the Bravo TD II device is stan-
ding on a fixed, even surface. The connectors on the
back are:
(1) power cable
(2) foot control
(3) micro-fuse, 1.6 A
Plug in the power cable and the foot control and con-
nect the device to the power socket.
At the front of the device you find:
(a) on-/off-switch
(b) revolution speed control
(c) reverser clockwise-/counter-clockwise rotation
(d) motor connection
Connect the motor to the device. Insert plug and turn
clockwise in a 45° angle, mount hand-and angle-piece
to the motor, switch-on the device, select the desired
rotation speed and activate foot control. The device is equipped with an overload protection. The motor
stops in case of overload. For re-starting, the foot control has to be actuated anew. Keep objects, like rags,
cloths and hair away from the grinding head when in operation.
In order to guarantee a long motor life, please don't insert freshly oiled hand- and angle-pieces. Allow the
excess to drip off. For this, put hand- and angle-pieces upright on an absorbent pad.
Don't change the direction of rotation during operation. This may only be done when the motor is out of
operation.
Start motor only with attached hand- or angle-piece.
