3.2.7. The heating element remains hot even after the plug has been pulled
out and should therefore not be touched. Must not be placed on
surfaces that burn easily (e.g. straw)!
3.2.8. The calf's milk heater must be cleaned after every use.
The heater can be cleaned using a soft sponge cloth (do not use scrubbing brushes, wire brushes, wire wool or
other abrasive cleaning tools) and lukewarm, soapy water. The calf's milk heater should be placed in cold or warm
water immediately after use. This makes the calf's milk heater easier to clean and protects the PTFE coating. To
clean the handle and the stand pipe, use a soft, damp cloth that must be completely free of solvents
(acetone, petrol, alcohol or similar).
4. Maintenance and repair
The milk heater is maintenance-free. In case of a malfunction the unit has to be stopped immediately. In case the milk
heater has to be repaired, consult a qualified electrician or send the unit back to the manufacturer. Even a defective
