Hand Blender Use instructions
Tomatoes cream
Ingredients (for 6 persons) :
1 teaspoon of butter
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 big onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons of flour
2 kg of ripe tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
¾ of a liter of vegetable broth
A pinch of clove powder
150 ml cream
Salt and pepper
Cooking :
Melt butter with garlic over low heat in saucepan.
Peel the onion, chop and put in a saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes, at the end mix the
garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped. Sprinkle with flour and cook a few minutes, mixing
carefully.
Put washed and cut tomatoes into the pan, add the tomato puree, sugar and vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil and cook lightly over low heat 30 minutes.
When complete, flavored with cloves, salt and pepper and let cool slightly.
Mix everything with the immersion hand blender.
Add cream and mix well.
Serve hot tomato cream, with crispy bread crouton.
