ERROR MESSAGES

OVERLOAD

|¯ ¯ ¯ ¯ ¯| Maximum equipment capacity exceeded.
4.2

LOW POWER

Shows "LobAt" and the power indication is off. Need urgently to charge the battery by
plugging power adaptor.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

5.1

POWER CONTACT

The scale can be powered on without any abnormity, but the charging battery light isn't
on when plugging AC power on the scale:
1. Check if the power cable has poor contact.
2. Contact customer service.
5.2

SWITCH AND BATTERY

If the battery light is on, but the scale can't work naturally:
1. Check the switch.
2. Contact customer service.
5.3

LC OR AD PROBLEM

If the screen displays "|¯ ¯ ¯ ¯ ¯|" and the scale beep contact customer service.
