BEFORE OPERATION
CAUTION :
Check the following so as to prevent maloperation of and damage to the machine.
•
Before you put the machine into operation for the fi rst time after the set-up, clean it thoroughly.
Remove all dust gathering during transportation and oil it well.
•
Confi rm that voltage has been correctly set.
Confi rm that the power plug has been properly connected to the power supply.
•
Never use the machine in the state where the voltage type is different from the designated one.
•
The direction of normal rotation of the machine is counterclockwise as observed from the pulley side.
Take care not to allow the machine to rotate in the reverse direction.
•
Never operate the machine unless the head base has been fi lled with oil.
•
For a test run, remove the bobbin case and the needle thread.
•
For the fi rst month, run the machine at a speed of 2,300 sti/min or less.
•
Operate the handwheel after the machine has totally stopped.
VOR DEM BETRIEB
VORSICHT :
Prüfen Sie die folgenden Punkte, um Funktionsstörungen und eine Beschädigung
der Maschine zu vermeiden.
•
Die Maschine sollte vor dem erstmaligen Betrieb nach der Aufstellung gründlich gereinigt werden.
Entfernen Sie allen Staub, der sich während des Transports abgesetzt hat, und auch Öl.
•
Überprüfen Sie, daß die Spannung richtig eingestellt ist und der Netzstecker fest in die Netzsteckdose
eingesteckt ist.
•
Benutzen Sie die Maschine niemals, wenn die Netzspannung nicht der Nennspannung entspricht.
•
Die normale Drehrichtung der Maschine ist die Drehung im Gegenuhrzeigersinn, von der Scheibenseite
aus gesehen. Achten Sie darauf, daß sich die Maschine nicht in der entgegengesetzten Richtung dreht.
•
Benutzen Sie die Maschine niemals, solange der Kopfträger nicht mit Öl gefüllt ist.
•
Entfernen Sie für einen Probelauf die Spulenkapsel und den Nadelfaden.
•
Lassen Sie die Maschine im ersten Monat mit einer Drehzahl von 2.300 sti/min oder weniger laufen.
•
Betätigen Sie das Handrad erst, nachdem die Maschine zum völligen Stillstand gekommen ist.

ATTENTION :
Pour éviter des anomalies de fonctionnement et ne pas causer de dommages à la
machine, effectuer les vérifi cations ci-dessous.
•
Avant la mise en service qui suit l'installation, nettoyer complètement la machine. Enlever toute la
poussière ayant pu s'accumuler pendant le transport et bien huiler la machine.
•
S'assurer que la tension a été correctement réglée. S'assurer que la fiche secteur est correctement
connectée à la prise de courant.
•
Ne jamais utiliser la machine avec une tension différente de celle pour laquelle elle est prévue.
•
La machine doit tourner dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre lorsqu'on la regarde depuis le
côté de la poulie. Veiller à ce que la machine ne tourne pas à l'envers.
•
Ne jamais utiliser la machine sans avoir rempli le socle d'huile.
•
Pour une marche d'essai, retirer la boîte à canette et le fi l d'aiguille.
•
Pendant le premier mois d'utilisation, ne pas dépasser 2.300 sti/min.
•
Attendre que la machine se soit complètement arrêtée avant de tourner le volant.
