Troubleshooting / Fault Rectification

Device does not switch on
• Please check that the mains cable is correctly seated when operating on mains
power .
• Please check (if necessary with a suitable measuring instrument) whether there is
voltage for the power cable at the socket .
• Please check the device/house fuse . Replace the fuse(s) if necessary .
• Please check the correct position of the rechargeable batteries and whether they
are charged .
Radio remote control does not work
• Please check that the battery of the wireless remote control is not empty .
• Please check whether identical groups / radio channels are set on the LED
continuous light and on the radio remote control .
• Please check whether other devices in the vicinity are operating on the same radio
frequency and switch them off if necessary .
Note
• It is not guaranteed that all camera models are always supported . There may also
be limitations in functionality or combinations of different technical possibilities .
• If a problem persists, please contact your Rollei dealer .
