Battery Test
Connect the red battery terminal with the plus (+) pole of the battery.
Connect the black battery terminal with the minus (-) pole of the battery. If
the connection is correct, a "1" will fl ash in the display.
Use the arrow keys to select the battery technology.
• UP ARROW for lead-acid batteries
• DOWN ARROW for AGM batteries
The selection is displayed by the LED next to the icon.
Press the "TEST" button to confi rm.
When "2" is fl ashing on the display, select the battery temperature.
• UP ARROW, (SUN ICON) (> 0°C, >32°F)
• DOWN ARROW, (SNOWFLAKE ICON) (< 0°C, <32°F)
Press the "TEST" button to confi rm.

• Use the ARROW KEYS to select the battery standard
(CCA, EN, DIN, etc.).
Press the "TEST" button to confi rm.
The display shows the selection for the battery capacity.
• Use the ARROW KEYS to select the battery capacity.
Press the "TEST" button to confi rm
The battery test now starts automatically.
The battery state of health (SOH) will be displayed by one or more lit LEDs
next to the icons.
The state of charge (SOC) will be shown as a voltage in the display.
The battery voltage is displayed when you press the "V" button.
