• The exterior parts of the jug get hot. Use the handle to
manipulate.
• The kettle must only be used with the supplied cable cord.
• Always use with the lid on.
• Before using the kettle for the first time, make it works only
with water a couple of times to clean out completely.
• This appliance has being designed for domestic use only.
• The cleaning and maintenance done by users, can not be
done by children without any supervision, unless they are
over 8 years and they are under supervision.
• If the cable were to deteriorate it must be changed by an
Authorised Service Centre.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
• To take out the spoons, open the lid (3) by sliding it upwards.
BOIL WATER
• Open the lid (1) and pour water into the jug.
• Bear in mind that the water level must be between the minimum (MIN) level and the maximum
(0,8 L) level showed inside.
• Close again the lid (1) fixing it first from the handle and pressing it to leave it correctly fixed.
• Insert the connector (6) into the base (7).
• Plug the appliance to the mains, push " Reset" and place the on switch in the "Hervidor - Kettle"
position.
• The time to heat the water will vary according to the amount of water.
• Once the water is hot the indicator light (5) will switch off.
• After a period of time if you want to boil again the water you can push "Reset" button.
• If you are not going to use the "reset" button, set the switch (4) to the "O" position and unplug
the appliance from the mains.
MILK WARMER
• Pour milk. The poured milk must be between the minimum (MIN) and maximum level (0,8 L).
• Place the lid, insert the connector (6) in the base (7) push " Reset" and set the switch (4) in the
"Leche - Milk" position.
• When the milk is hot, the pilot light (5) will switch off and the kettle will keep the temperature
automatically.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before you proceed to cleaning it, ensure the appliance is unplugged from the mains.
• Clean the outside with a slightly dampened cloth.
• In the inner side can be cleaned with water and with soap suitable for the dishwasher and next
rinse properly. Never immerse in water or rinse the outer side of the appliance.
• You may get alkaline residues in the jug with the use and in the case of hard water. To clean them
use a aluminium-friendly alkaline remover. You will find it in your local store.
• If the appliance switches off before the water boils, it probably needs to be decal¬cified.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive products, such as metallic scourers, which may deteriorate the
surfaces of the appliance.
