tremely low or high.
The pulse rate is too low or

the cuff put on correctly?
Did you tense your arm (or hand)
during the measurement?
Did you speak or move your arm (your
hand) during the measurement?
Did you perform the measurement di-
rectly after athletic activity?
Defective batteries were used.
The device is defective.
Technical malfunctions, troubleshooting
Make sure that you have the cor-
rect posture.
Put the cuff on correctly.
Relax during the measurement.
Keep still and calm during the
measurement.
Repeat the measurement after a
break of more than 5 minutes.
Use alkaline batteries from
known manufacturers.
Report this irregular behavior
of the device during opera-
tion to the service center or
manufacturer.
