Recharging the battery
Caution!
Make certain that the surface of the device is dry and the device is
switched off.
Hazardous electric current!
Before each use of the battery charger or power cable, check for
damages. If you notice damages, stop using the battery charger or
power cable!
To load the battery, proceed as follows:
1. Open the rubber side cover.
2. Attach the battery charger.
3. The loading screen is shown on the display.
When the battery is fully loaded, the battery symbol is completely green.
Cleaning
Clean the device with a soft, damp and lint-free cloth. Ensure that neither
dampness nor dirt enter the housing or the suction nozzle! Do not use any sprays,
solvents, alcohol-based cleaning agents or abrasive cleaners. Only use clean
water to moisten the cloth.
Repair
Do not modify the device or install any spare parts. For repairs or device testing,
contact the manufacturer.
Deleting data
To remove saved data from the internal memory or the MicroSD card, proceed as
follows:
1. Press "F2" in the start screen.
– The "SYSTEM SET" menu opens.
2. Press
seven times and confirm by pressing "ENTER".
– The "Memory Status" menu opens.
3. Use the
buttons to select either the device memory or the
MicroSD card and then press "ENTER" to confirm.
– The memory use is shown below the selection.
– Press "F1"
to delete all data from the selected memory.
Press "F3"
to leave the menu without deleting any data.

Resetting factory settings
To return the device to the state it was in when it left the factory, proceed as
follows:
1. Press "F2" in the start screen.
– The "SYSTEM SET" menu opens.
2. Press
eight times and confirm by pressing "ENTER".
– The "Factory Settings" menu opens.
3. Press
once and confirm by pressing "ENTER".
4. Press the "ESC" button.
– The device is reset to factory settings.
– Photos, videos and measurement logs on the internal memory on the
MicroSD card remain unaffected.
Disposal
In the European Union, electronic equipment must not be treated as
domestic waste, but must be disposed of professionally in
accordance with Directive 2002/96/EC of the European Parliament
and Council of 27th January 2003 concerning old electrical and
electronic equipment. After the end of its use, please dispose of this
device in a manner appropriate to the relevant legal requirements.
Declaration of conformity
in accordance with the EC Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC, Annex III, Section
B and the EC Directive 2004/108/EC about electromagnetic compatibility.
Herewith, we declare that the PC200 particle counter was developed,
constructed and produced in compliance with the named EC directives.
