5) You or another user have failed to comply with the safety regulations of the installation country
(VDE standards or equivalent);
6) The product has been improperly stored and damaged while being stored by the dealer or the end
user;
7) Defect or damage occurred during transportation (including paint scratches caused by movement
inside packaging during shipping). A claim for such transport damage should be made directly to
shipping company/insurance company as soon as the packaging is unloaded and such damage is
identified;
8) You or another user have failed to follow any/all of the user manual, the installation guide and the
maintenance regulations;
9) The device has been used improperly or misused;
10) Insufficient ventilation of the device;
11) The maintenance procedures relating to the product have not been followed to an acceptable
standard;
12) The defect has been caused by force majeure (violent or stormy weather, lightning, overvoltage,
fire etc.).
13) The damage is only cosmetic and has no impact on the functioning of the device
No claim for compensation can be made for energy that has not been fed into the grid or energy that
has not been consumed in house, etc.
Fuses and other wearing parts are excluded from the warranty
It should be a technical intervention, this can be performed by ZCS personnel or by technicians in
charge and certified to the ZCS partner network.
The typical intervention time is 72 hours.
LIMITATIONS
These disclaimers and limitations of remedies apply to all warranties offered to the Buyer and to each
and every order. The warranties set forth herein are exclusive and supersede any other legal
warranties, explicit or implicit, with the exception of security warranties, including, but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability and suitability for a particular purpose. Unless expressly
declared in writing on a document duly authorized by ZCS, the latter is not subject to any type of
obligation or liability except for those indicated above.
Notwithstanding any contrary provision contained herein, any kind of liability is excluded, for ZCS or
for any of its suppliers, based on contract, fault (including negligence or liability in the strict sense) or
other reason for loss of time, loss of profits or special, indirect, accidental or consequential damages of
any kind. The Buyer's remedies are exclusive and the overall responsibility of ZCS and its suppliers of
any level in relation to this contract or to actions related to this, such as the use of any product covered
or supplied under the contract, based on the contract , on fault (including negligence or liability in the
strict sense) or other reason, cannot exceed the price of the product, component or service to which
this responsibility refers.
