10. Troubleshooting
• To preserve the operational life of your SD memory card, store it in
a dry place and do not touch the gold contacts on the memory
card.
• This camera does NOT support hot swapping of the memory card, so
make sure to turn off the camera before removing the memory
card, failure to do so may result in loss of data or operational
problems.
Note: When using a new card, the new card must be formatted in
FAT/FAT16 format before using.

Recommended Action
Clean the contacts with a soft
cotton cloth, and plug the SD
card into the device again.
Try to format again in FAT file
format; this camera doesn't
recognize other file formats.
Change to a new card, but
the new card must be
formatted FAT before using.
Reset the camera power.
Delete some pictures for
more space.
Try formatting the card first
or change to a new card. The
new card has to be formatted
in FAT format.
Check the power supply; use
a new one if faulty.
Remove and insert the SD
Memory card, twice.
