Accident Prevention
Before operating the machine, please read through
the operating instructions completely, follow the
Safety Instructions in this manual as well as the gen-
eral Safety Instructions for Power Tools in the
accompanying booklet.
Important instructions, which should be read
before starting operation, and which we strongly
recommend observing:
If the mains cable is damaged while working, pull
the mains plug immediately.
Never work with a damaged mains cable.
The mains receptacles in the working area must
be protected by a residual current circuit breaker
(RC).
Wear protective glasses, hearing protection, pro-
tective gloves and sturdy shoes.
The dust that is produced while working is detri-
mental to health. Wear dust protection mask.
Always use the ejection adapter and work with
external dust/chip extraction whenever possible.
Do not carry the machine by the cable.
Do not use dull or damaged routing tools. Only
sharp routing tools enable a good working per-
formance and make the machine last longer. Pro-
tect routing tools against impact and shock.
Only use routing tools with a permissible speed
that is at least as high as the maximum no-load
speed of the machine.
Only use the routing tools listed in the operating
instructions. Only use the machine for the applica-
tions described in the operating instructions.
Check the tight seating of the routing tool before
starting the machine.
Pay attention that all stops and clamping fixtures
are firmly tightened.
Secure and firmly tighten the workpiece.
When working with the machine, always hold it
firmly with both hands and provide for a secure
stance.
Always direct the cable to the rear away from the
machine.
Keep hands away from the rotating routing tool.
Never reach into the sawdust ejector while the
router is running. Pull the mains plug before
cleaning the sawdust ejector!
Never route over metal objects, nails and screws.
Always switch the machine off and wait until it has
come to a standstill before placing it down.
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the
mains plug.

machine. The protective insulation will be bridged.
Please use self-adhesive labels.

Measured values determined according to
EN 60 745.
Typically the A-weighted noise levels of the machine
are: sound pressure level 77 dB (A); sound power
level 88 dB (A). Measurement uncertainty K=3 dB.
Wear hearing protection!
The acceleration measured is usually less
2
