Making sausage (Figure B)
Proceed as follows:
1. Unplug the mains plug from the
socket.
2. Place the screw (20) into the attach-
ment body (21).
3. Place the sausage filling screen (12)
onto the screw. The notch in the sau-
sage filling screen must be positioned
over the guide lug of the attachment
body.
4. Push the sausage filling tube (9)
through the ring nut (18).
5. Screw the ring nut (18) onto the at-
tachment body.
6. Place the assembled attachment body
into the holding fixture (3).
7. Turn the attachment body anti-clock-
wise until it can be heard as it clicks
into place (Figure E1).
8. Place the hopper (2) onto the attach-
ment body.
Making Kebbe (Figure C)
Proceed as follows:
1. Unplug the mains plug from the
socket.
2. Place the screw (20) into the attach-
ment body (21).
3. Place the shaper (11) onto the screw.
The notch in the shaper must be po-
sitioned over the guide lug of the at-
tachment body.
4. Place the spout (10) onto the shaper.
5. Screw the ring nut (18) onto the at-
tachment body.
6. Place the assembled attachment body
into the holding fixture (3).
7. Turn the attachment body anti-clock-
wise until it can be heard as it clicks
into place (Figure E1).
8. Place the hopper (2) onto the attach-
ment body.

Making spritz biscuits (Figure D)
Proceed as follows:
1. Unplug the mains plug from the
socket.
2. Place the screw (20) into the attach-
ment body (21).
3. Place the coarse screen (17) onto the
screw. The notch in the screen must
be positioned over the guide lug of the
attachment body.
4. Place the spritz biscuits attachment (13)
onto the screen without the slider (14).
5. Screw the ring nut (18) onto the at-
tachment body.
6. Place the slider onto the spritz biscuits
attachment.
7. Place the assembled attachment body
into the holding fixture (3).
8. Turn the attachment body anti-clock-
wise until it can be heard as it clicks
into place (Figure E1).
9. Place the hopper (2) onto the attach-
ment body.
After use
Proceed as follows:
1. Switch the appliance off.
2. Unplug the mains plug from the
socket.
3. Disassemble the attachment body as
described in the section Disassem-
bling the appliance (page 17).
NOTE
► If the attachment body cannot
be separated from the housing,
clear the blockage as described in
the section Clearing blockages
(page 15).
