Start installation at the left-hand
side of the building
• Ensure the facade is correctly
measured and tolerances have
been considered
• Erect any required scaff olding
Installation direction:
from left → right
and
from bottom → top
• Cut and remove a section of the
thermal insulation to drill the
hole for the anchor bolt.
The insulation is replaced after
anchor installation.
• Drill the dowel holes for the
support and restraint anchors;
ensure correct, minimum drill
hole depth and diameter.
• Remove all dust from the hole.
• Fix and align the Body anchors
(support and restraint anchors)
with approved anchor bolts i.e.
HALFEN HB-BZ.
• Replace the previously removed
thermal insulation.
• Place the natural stone slab on

the 1 support anchor and place
a wedge under the right edge.
• Fix support and restraint anchor
st
for the 1 vertical joint with
approved anchor bolts i.e. HALFEN
HB-BZ, and make any fi ne adjust-
ments.
• Push the anchor pins through the
holes in the spade bolts.
• Fill the lower fi xing holes (support
nd
anchor) of the 2 natural stone
slab with mortar.

• Push the 2 natural stone slab

to the 1 slab.
• Dimensions acc. to the detail
„Pin, fi xing hole and joint dimen-
sions [mm]" (see right) must
be observed!
• Fix the support and restraint an-
nd
chors for the 2 vertical joint;
then fi nely adjust the slab; repeat
the procedure for the next
anchors.

Installation on the right-hand
side of the building
• The penultimate slab is anchored
using pins only on the right
vertical panel edge
• The last panel at the right-hand
edge of the building is installed
in the horizontal joint on two
support anchors.
Important:
Tighten all countersunk screws
and anchor bolts using a
torque wrench adjusted to
the correct torque!
