Charging the camera
1. When the low battery icon [
1. Make sure the camera is turned off.
2. Open the [USB OFF/ON] cover on the side of the camera and plug in the USB cable.
3. Connect the USB cable to your computer.
4. The battery of the camera now charges and the red charging indicator lights up. The
charging process usually takes about 3 hours.
5. When the red charging indicator light stops illuminating, the battery is fully charged.
You can now remove the USB cable.
Turn on the camera
Open the [USB OFF/ON] cover on the side of the camera and turn the battery master
switch from the OFF ( O ) position to the ON ( I ) position. Finally, press the power
button [ ] on the back to turn on the camera.
