Warranty
Expert processing and faultless function enables us to offer a comprehensive warranty. (according
to our warranty conditions) Within the warranty time, faulty parts will be replaced free of charge.
Costs arising as a result of the exchange are not included in the warranty claim.
Warranty claims may only be made in conjunction with the original packing list and proof of
purchase.
Excluded from the warranty are defects caused by:
improper subsoil and foundations
assembly not carried out in accordance with these instructions
your own alterations to the product
faulty care in the maintenance of the existing wood quality
natural catastrophes or other violent events.
Fluctuations in colour, crack formation, warping or similar changes which are completely normal
outdoors are no grounds for making a claim.
Damaged or defective parts must be rejected prior to installation as otherwise the warranty claim
will be void.
You should have the following tools to hand before beginning assembly:
