TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
SOLUTION
Check the connection of the micro USB cable between
the portable karaoke and your computer or USB power
adapter.
Ensure the portable karaoke is charged.
Ensure the wireless function on both audio player and
portable karaoke are activated.
Ensure that the wireless feature on the device has not
been deactivated. It may be necessary to repeat the
pairing steps again.
Ensure the device is within 10 meters (32 feet) of the
wireless speaker.
Ensure there are no obstacles.
Make sure the sound volume is not too high. Push the
volume button to reduce the volume.
Ensure the volume is not too low.
Ensure the song is playing.
Ensure the wireless device is correctly paired.
