SUSTITUCIÓN DE LOS VENTILADORES

Antes de empezar las operaciones de sustitución de un venti-
lador, asegurarse que la corriente eléctrica de alimentación a
los ventiladores está desconectada mediante un interruptor de
seguridad que no se pueda volver a conectar accidentalmente
En todo el proceso de cambio de ventilador, se aconseja la uti-
lización de guantes protectores reglamentarios.
MODELOS CON MOTOR DE TRACCIÓN DIRECTA
Son los modelos con ventiladores de 9/9, 10/10 y 12/12. En
ellos el motoventilador va sujeto a la tapa exterior del conden-
sador por la boca de salida del aire.
Estos condensadores adoptan diferentes formas, según la
configuración de la batería y la posición de las salidas del aire,
que puede ser lateral o superior.
A continuación se describe un procedimiento general para el
cambio de los ventiladores que puede aplicarse a todos los
condensadores, cualquiera que sea su disposición.
1 Quitar los tornillos y sacar una de los paneles laterales cie-
gos que dan acceso al interior.
2 Quitar la tapa de plástico de la caja de conexiones del motor.
3 Aflojar los tornillos correspondientes de la regleta y soltar los
cables de la manguera que sale hacia el exterior del conden-
sador para que el ventilador quede libre para su extracción.
4 Quitar los tornillos que sujetan el panel que contiene la boca
del motoventilador y sacar el conjunto panel-motoventilador.
5 Quitar los tornillos que fijan el ventilador al panel y separar
ambos elementos.
Colocar el nuevo motor en el panel e invertir los pasos anterio-
res, prestando atención a la colocación de los cables en la regle-
ta para asegurarse de que el ventilador funcione correctamente.
Comprobar la dirección del aire según lo explicado más atrás
en el apartado DIRECCIÓN DEL AIRE.

REPLACEMENT OF FAN MOTORS
WARNING!
Before starting operations to replace a fan motor, make sure
that the current line to the fan motors is disconnected by means
of a security switch so as to prevent an accidental start.
Throughout the whole process of the fan motor replacement or
other maintenance operation, It is advisable to use standard
protective gloves.
MODELS WITH DIRECT DRIVEN FAN MOTOR
These are the models with fan motors type 9/9, 10/10 and
12/12. The centrifugal fan motor is fastened by its nozzle to one
of the external panels of the condenser, as shown in the atta-
ched drawing.
The situation of the outlet of the fan motor and the position of
the coil, that may be horizontal or vertical, vary from one unit to
the other, as this configuration is selected by the customer.
Below is described a general procedure for replace a fan motor
that can be applied to all the condensers, whatever its coil and
fan motor configuration.
1 Remove the screws and retire one of the blind lateral panel
that give way to the inside.
2 Remove the plastic lid of the fan motor plastic junction box.
3 Loosen the screws on the terminal strip and pull out the
cable that goes to the external junction box.
4 Remove the screws and pull out of the condenser the whole
assembly panel-fan motor.
5 Remove the screws that fix the fan motor nozzle to the panel
and split both elements.
Fix the new fan motor to the panel and reverse the fore-men-
tion steps minding the position of the wires on the terminal strip
to assure the fan motor is going to work properly.
Check the air direction according to what was explained in the
previous paragraph AIR DIRECTION.
