La manutención eléctrica o mecánica debe ser hecha por personas calificadas para hacer
el trabajo.
La persona encargada de la manutención debe cer ficarse que la maquina trabaje siempre
en condiciones de total seguridad.
5. Análisis y Resolución de Problemas
5.1 Problemas, Causas y Soluciones
Las Licuadoras fueran diseñadas para que necesiten un mínimo de manutención. Sin
embargo pueden ocurrir algunas irregularidades en su funcionamiento, debido al desgaste
natural causado por su uso.
Caso haya algún problema con su Licuadora, verifique la Cuadro –02 abajo, donde están
indicadas algunas soluciones recomendadas.

3.3 Feeding Procedure
Under no circumstance use any kind of tools to push products to be processed
inside the Head, especially do not your hands. Make sure to use the pusher Nº 01
(Pic-01) in order to proceed such opera on.
The Cheese and Coconut Grater is a rela vely fast machine, therefore it needs to be equally
fast fed.
To feed it li the Pusher Nº01 (Pic-01) and put the food to be processed inside the Head,
pushing it down, always with the help of the Pusher.
Processing Cabbage:
Please take the following steps for best results when processing cabbage:

The below picture shows exactly how to posi on the cabbage on the feeding chute.

The shredding disc rotates counter-clockwise therefore the cabbage should
be posi oned in that way shown on the picture above so the disc is pushing it against
the feeding chute in order to maintain the cabbage more compact during the opera on,
otherwise the cabbage leaves tend to get loose leading to an unsa sfactory result.
3.4 Cleaning
Never do cleaning with machine plugged in. Always unplug machine before
cleaning. Before taking the blates out, make sure it is completely stopped.
All removable parts must be removed and washed. Below we describe the procedures for
the parts removal.
3.4.1 - Switch the machine OFF and unplug the machine from power supply source.
3.4.2 - Press the Trigger to open the Complete Head, as per Pic., .Nº 07.
