1. Before to connecting the vibrator to the compressor, allow the outlet of the possible
condensation.
2. Working pressure 6 atmosphere. ( 88 psi )
3. Air inlet valve: open the air intake device
4. Lubrication: it is not necessary use any lubricant, it is enough with the oil supplied by the
lubricant dispenser in the compressor.
1. Once the work is already finished or the vibrator is put in storage is recommended to put the
vibrator upside down to allow the condensed water to drain from the circuit.
To store the vibrator for a long period of time is also recommended oil the machine.
2. Irregular Vibrations : sometimes are possible low temperatures can produce condensation and
even ice.
Under these conditions it is possible the vibrations could be reduced and also an irregular
function. In this case it will be necessary to oil through the inner air valve to clean the inside of
the needle and recover normal function.
3. Check that the valve moves freely and that is not plugged
4. Keep the air flow valve clear and clean.
5. If the machine does not function immediately shake the needle shake the needle.
After working clean the outside of the vibrator, put oil in the circuit and connect it to the air supply
line for some seconds to assure the oil is distributed for all the needle and circuit.
The Hand – Arm vibration value determined according to the ISO 5349 is for this vibrator 2,2m/s².
