Safety information
− This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this
plug is intended to fi t into a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fi t fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fi t, contact a qualifi ed electrician. Do
not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
− To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord,
plugs, or (state specifi c part or parts in question) in water
or other liquid.
− Always attach plug to aplliance fi rst, then plug cord into
the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then
remove plug from wall outlet.

Initial operation and use

WARNING!
Risk of injury!
The surfaces of the Air Fryer may become very hot. To prevent
burns during use, do as follows:
− Wear oven gloves during operation.
− Only place it on a heat-resistant surface.
− Do not touch the ventilation grilles on the side of the
appliance.
− Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
− Only touch the handles and control buttons.
− Do not reach into the appliance and touch the fryer pan or
the hotplate.
− Do not move or clean the appliance while it is powered on
or until it has completely cooled down after use.
− Be careful of steam escaping from the appliance. Do not
hold your head directly over the appliance and never put
your hands into this steam.
− The use of accessory not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may cause injuries.
