POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS / TROUBLESHOOTING
• Little or no fog
The water level control sensor must be at least 5 mm under water. Remove the membrane and free
it of lime residue in accordance with the instructions contained under "Replacing the membrane"
Replace the membrane as long as it has no visible damage. If you are exclusively using distilled
water in your fountain, please add a small quantity of tap water. If the vaporizer fails to produce
fog, replace the old membrane with a new one.
TERMS OF GUARANTEE
The manufacturer undertakes a 24 month guarantee for this device, calculated from the retailer sale
date on the receipt.
Within the guarantee period the manufacturer corrects free of charge all faults, which are caused by material or
manufacturing defects, by repairing or exchanging the device.
Damages attributed to incorrect use, wear and tear or third party intervention are not covered by the guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover usage material or faults which only marginally affect the value or functionality
of the device.
In the case of guarantee claims please send in the device, together with all those components supplied with it on
delivery, the guarantee card and the receipt.
