Information about OBD II Scanner
This second generation of On-board Diagnostic regulations is called OBD
II. The OBD II trouble code reader is equipped with one or several
emission relevant ECU's (electronic control unit), the MIL malfunction
indicator light, the diagnostic link connecter and the cord.
