1. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
This gun can be uesd for spray-painting car,furniture,instrument\equipment or for decoration
house,mansion ect.
2. OPEARTION METHOD
2.1 Preparation:Connect the air hose with the gun and pump before using.
2.2 OUTPUTTING VOLUME ADJUSTING
Turning the needle adjusting screw clockwise will reduce the outputting wolume and counter-
clockwise will increase outputting volume.
2.3 CLEANING AND PROTECTING
Clean spray gun immediately after using. Remove and empty the cup.
Then rinse with a solvent recommend for the paint and the material used.
Refill cup with clean solvent and attach to the gun.
Vigorously wipe the gun extensin with a solvent soaked reg.
Repeat until the gun is clean.
2.4 Thermal Protectors
The machine has thermal protectors inside,when the temperature is too high,it will stop working.
After 5-10 mins. cooling, it will resume working.
3. CAUTION
3.1 Not using charply metal thread to clean fluid nozzle and air nozzle's holes,otherwise, they will be
damaged and causing unnorwal spray fog.
3.2 Not leave the spray gun in clean solvent too long time when cleaning it.
3.3 Never try to repair the mould when the fluid is frozen,
3.4 This spray gun is mainly made by plastic,so leave it away from acidity and basicity things,
3.5 Electrice wire changing ysing special supplier.
