Cleaning and Maintenance

CAUTION:
Always be sure that the 14" Electric Grill is unplugged and completely cooled
before cleaning or attempting to store the item.
1. When performing any cleaning or maintenance to this unit, turn the
temperature probe to OFF and be sure to unplug from the power outlet first
and allow item to cool completely before removing the temperature probe.
2. Remove the temperature probe from the unit. NEVER IMMERSE THE
TEMPERATURE PROBE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
3. Allow the base to cool completely before cleaning. Once cooled, clean the
base with a soft cloth or sponge and warm soapy water. The base may be
immersed in water. Do not place the base in the dishwasher. Make sure the
base is completely dry before using.

Remove stubborn stains or cooked on food with plastic souring pad and mild
dish washing liquid
.
