Caution Use of this illuminator with accessories or attachments requires that the end-user follow
all accessory or attachment instructions which could affect illuminator setup, usage and/or settings.
Caution This device contains stored electrical energy, follow operating instructions when changing
lamp.
Caution Do not remove lamp immediately after operation. Allow lamp to cool 10 minutes.
Caution To prevent over heating, replace only with the same type and rating of lamp. Read
instructions before replacing lamp.
