Problem
The appliance switches off
prematurely.
The water is taking longer
than usual to boil.
The water isn't hot enough.
The appliance is not
operational.
The control panel is malfunc-
tioning.

Possible cause
Insufficient water in the water
container.
The water container is calcified. Decalcify the water container.
The water container is calcified. Decalcify the water container.
A program function with a lower
temperature was selected.
The water container does not sit
correctly on the base.
The base contacts are dirty.
Water is on the control panel.
Remedy
Fill the water container to
the 0.5 litre marking at a min-
imum.
Select a program function
with the desired higher tem-
perature.
Lift up the water container and
place it on the base again.
Unplug the power cord, turn
the base over and blow it off.
Please dry the control panel.
